About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jennifer Lynn Cross. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, and I specialize in helping women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond transform from feeling frail and fluffy to feeling strong, confident, and fully alive again. After years of trying programs that didn’t work—or only worked temporarily—I discovered that lasting strength comes from small, consistent wins that rebuild motivation, energy, and belief in yourself.
